Anne Starr, PCC, MBA, helps individuals and groups see themselves and their situations with clarity so that they can respond to challenges in new ways. Her aim in coaching leaders and teams is to expand their choices, increase their resiliency and effectiveness and hone in on their purpose.

  • Since 2006, coaching leaders in finance, manufacturing, professional services, philanthropy, higher education and global non-profits.
  • Drawing on over 15 years as business liaison to Peter Senge in organizational learning and 7 years in retained executive search, helping leaders expand perspective, respond to complex challenges and achieve greater impact.
  • Beginning her career at MIT, served as human resources officer for the Sloan School of Management.

Anne has a longstanding interest in what makes individuals and groups unique, what animates them and how to support their growth. She is a Developmental Coach, one of only 13 people certified to score and debrief the Maturity Assessment Profile, a cutting edge, validated developmental assessment tool.

Anne holds an MBA from Simmons College. She is certified by the Coaches Training Institute and credentialed by the International Coach Federation. She is a Focusing Professional and long time student of the Gendlin Process Model philosophy.
